We also have an X-ray machine on-site so that we can quickly assess and treat your injury without you having to go to the Emergency Room and spend time and money there.

Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery has an Urgent Walk-In Clinic, also known as OrthoPM. This clinic is devoted to helping those with urgent orthopedic needs after our normal operating hours, no appointment needed!
The Urgent Walk-In Clinic is offered at our Downtown Columbia location only, through the Gregg Street entrance. Please be aware that some insurance restrictions do apply.
The Urgent Walk-In Clinic is open:
Monday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
