Positions Available

Occupational Therapist
Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery, a physician owned practice, is currently recruiting for a full time Occupational Therapist. This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a top-notch team of orthopaedic and spine professionals. Therapists will facilitate in  the development and rehabilitation of patients by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy, exercise programs, and treatments. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate results of therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating patient’s progress while recommending and implementing adjustments and modifications. The therapist will complete discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care workers and contribute to patient care conferences. The case load is 100% orthopaedic and spine, which is a 50 – 50% split between post-op and non-operative care. Medical Assistant
Midlands Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery seeks an energetic, full-time Medical Assistant with AAMA Certification. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required. Strong medical terminology, clinical assessment skills, and computer skills required. Orthopaedic or Neurosurgical experience and prior medical office experience preferred. Weekdays only; No holidays.

Physical Therapist

This is a unique opportunity to become a key member of a top-notch team of orthpaedic and spine professionals. Therapists will facilitate the development and rehabilitation of patients by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy, exercise programs, and treatments. Therapist will evaluate results of therapy by observing, noting, and evaluating patient’s progress; recommend and implement adjustments and modifications. Therapist completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care workers and contributing to patient care conferences. Case load is 100% orthopaedic and spine, which is a 50-50% split between post-op and non-operative care.
