Patient safety is our top priority.

The President’s Coronavirus Guidelines for America

We are following all SC DHEC and CDC guidance to mitigate the risk of introducing the virus to our facilities. We have implemented new procedures to keep our staff and patients safe.

  • We are screening patients at all entrances.
  • You may be required to wait in the car for your appointment.
  • We are allowing 1 visitor with each patient. The visitor may be asked to wait in the lobby or the car.
  • The following circumstances will require your appointment to be rescheduled or conducted via telehealth:
    • Recent fever, cough or shortness of breath
    • Recent flu-like symptoms
    • Travel to/from NY, NJ, CT, LA, CA, FL, IL, MI, MA or WA within the past 14 days. States may be added to this list as cases increase.
    • Close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days
    • Time spent in a hospital, nursing home or rehab facility within the past 14 days

The CDC strongly recommends that people in the following categories stay at home.

  • You are not feeling well for any reason.
  • You have heart, liver, lung or kidney disease.
  • You have had an organ transplant or are on dialysis.
  • You take any medication that suppresses your immune system to control diseases like Crohn’s, MS, Lupus, Cancer, HIV, or Rheumatoid Arthritis.
  • You are 70 years of age or older.

We have also suspended our Ortho PM and Saturday clinics until further notice.

We encourage you to take personal and social responsibility, please contact our office to reschedule via phone or send a message to us through the patient portal.
